I have WM6.0 upgrade files if you want them, they have a new UI and patches...it might help but its 210mb

All hardware has a hard reset command built-in.

On phones it's usually triggered by holding the power button upon a crash for 10-15 seconds. Everything will cut out and it should reboot with factory settings. None of your data should be lost either.

If not, removing the battery and sim, then replacing them, charging it, and powering on again can fix things.
