2) How bad? I see you and karma still have power, so was it in SF? hope all is well. It lasted about 7 seconds, a quick hard jolt. I would guess its around a 5.5 on the richter scale. I felt it and Muse felt it, so I figure its somewhere near the San Andreas Fault. Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

I knew someone from LA. And They had this big living room fish tank and one time there was an earthquake. and their fish tank cracked so after it leaked so they put that sealer stuff like clear glue. and their fish tank had this weird clear smear down the front and it still leaked. Thank god they still had the stuffed parrot that talked or it would have been a drag to hang out there. Mmmmm, Like she need the extra cleavage.

Yes there are such things as earthquakes that precede larger ones. It has happened here twice. They had a couple small tremors before the 7. something Landers Earthquake and a small one before the Northridge quake. Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

Absolutely, but aftershocks are more common when it comes to "the big ones". My best friend's dad is a seismologist. You're afraid for Florida, or you're just mentioning that you lack earthquakes? Check this out. http://earthquake.usgs.go...merica.php Oh shit, my hat done fell off
