Oh yeah, I remember us talking about that now. Just got put on a new med. yesterday for them. I hate it. Makes me feel like a walking zombie. If this doesn't work I'm getting botox injected in my head.

And, if that doesn't work. I'm fucked. lol

I bet you have migraines. nod Mine are always on one side of my head in a very specific spot. They POUND. I mean terribly. I get nauseated, the light hurts, every noise sounds amplified. comfort How often do you get them? Sleep is good for them. Mine usually last at least 2 days if not 3. sigh

If you get more than 6 or so a month that's considered excessive. If you want you could talk to your doctor and get on a medicine that should help prevent you from getting them. They may not go away completely, but they could reduce in frequency and intensity. If you are interested in more info. orgnote me. biggrin

I developed migraines when I was 29. Apparently it was brought on by high levels of stress. Once my situation changed they totally went away. I've never had another one since.

They're awful, just awful. I lose my vision at the beginning and go numb on the left side of my face at the end.

We are getting ready to do a study at work for weight loss...they are combining Topamax and a form of Fen Fen.
Should be interesting to see how it works.

Not particularly. Although if I've had a few drinks, no water and bugger all sleep, then yes - I wll have a headache. lol

But never had a migraine. Funnily enough, a mate of mine was describing them to me the other day and they sound HORRIBLE. I hope I never experience that.

And sinuses... only when my hayfever is acting up. Otherwise - thumbs up!.

I have had ppl tell me at work when I go over their medical history- " I am not sure if I have ever had a migraine". I always say...if you don't know - then you have never had one.
YOU know!

You are lucky if you have never had one.

I take 25mg in the AM and 50mg at night took my headaches away within 4-5 days, and after 2 weeks I noticed no more night snacking then I noticed not wanting dinner so after a month I went for my check up and I had lost 16 lbs. My doc said alot of her patients lose weight on it the most she seen was 35 lbs in 6 months. Your just not as hungry. so I imagine if I would jog a few laps every now and then it would really rev up the weight loss.
