i could give my bra fitting advice...
i think everyone should go to the lingerie stores
and try on the expensive bras to see how they fit

no one says you have to buy from there but once
you have tried the good stuff you can look for similar
qualities in other bras. that and they usually have
great clearance sales on the regular sized bras
because just women like me and charlotte go there.

and i would also suggest everyone try a band size smaller
and cup size larger than you are accustomed to wearing.
when i try on a bra if it feels comfortable on the tightest hook
i know i'm in the right band size. the band has to fit snuggly
in order to support you. if you rely on the straps to carry the
weight you end up with those grooves in your shoulders that
you see on our mothers and grandmothers.
