I care for my mom in home - very very active kids my day starts at 6 am usually and often I dont stop doing chores til 11:30 pm between mom and kids - husband animals house and all things inbetween Whew, you have multiple 24/7 jobs. Being a caregiver is THE toughest job! I'm firmly planted in denial

I work in the Empire State Bldg - quitting time is 5pm, but leave between 5:15 & 5:30. Then I walk to my gym on Madison & 36th for a two & 1/2 hour workout. After that I take the No.6 subway to Parkchester(Bronx). Then I have to wait for the bus to finally get home, which is between 9:30-10pm. Whew!! I thought about taking the bus to work, but it would put me on a schedule like yours. It would turn my 2 hours commute into a 4 hour commute. I'm firmly planted in denial

It depends on what I have going on at the moment. Right now, I'm doing costume design for a play that opens in two days -- so my evenings are filled with getting wardrobe finalized for opening night.
Like tonight, for example, I have to run to Wal-Mart to get handkerchiefs and shoelaces (one actor's current shoelaces won't stay tied, so I have to get new ones), then stop at the cleaners to pick up a couple costume pieces, then take the stuff to the theatre. I'll probably hang out to watch the run, just to make sure everything looks right and nothing else is needed. By the time I get home, I'll just fall into bed -- so I can do it again tomorrow. I have a feeling it's going to be a "latte for dinner" night. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I work nights so I really can't do much normal stuff after work. If I don't hit the gym & go to bed, I watch a little tv & go to bed. Boring as FUCK!

The commute's not bad, it's waiting for the damn No. 36 bus(at night) that's a pain, especially in winter. The good part is the last bus stop is right in front of my building. When I leave in the mornings, the bus is right there. [Edited 9/4/07 9:37am]

I play football on Thursday nights and I sometimes go out jogging when I feel like it. On Friday's I normally go for a drink with colleagues. I'm trying to fill my free time more. If Im honest I dont really like being on the Org or the internet for that matter excessively. There's Joy In Expatriation.

I get off at 4pm. I have about a 30 minute commute. I usually take a nap then eat. After that, recently, I've been having a late night workout at the gym. It's better for me because it's not as full. Get home, make some supper, spend some time with the kids until they go to bed, then either play computer games, watch a movie on DVD, or read. And if I'm lucky, get & give a workout before falling asleep.

Well, I work third shift. Post work usually includes some breakfast, bullshitting with Alex awhile, violent video game, followed by spooning and sleep. This one's for you.

usually i will let out a sigh of relief that i've gotten through another day and check my mail and laugh. unwind by playing a video game 2 get out my stress from the day. after that, depending on what my stomach is saying, i'll either cook something or chill out watching a baseball game...then as time goes on ..hopefully vanilla sherbert rings me up man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81
