Those dirty underwear photos you take are pure skidge, man. confused

It was like 3am and I'd had no luck so I just went for whatever skidge was still hanging around.

You always seem to skidge a pint. I've never once seen you buy a round.

In Scotland, 'skidge' is used to mean skive ... as in not turn up for something you were meant to be at.

It's most commonly used to mean skip school. "He skidged school and went to the park instead".

I'm surprised they have a slang term for skiving school in Scotland. I mean, in England we don't have one for attending, as far as I know. smile

Does anyone use the word "skidge" except for me? I'm trying to figure out if it's an actual word, and googling it would be too logical a solution for me so I figured I'd just bother you nice folks.

So anyway: SKIDGE. Use it in a sentence.

R U still using jankity?

it's mutated into "jank" and "janked out". smile
