Not really. But I am trying to begin something now that fall is coming: it's called "Going To The Gym on A Regular Basis"

I'm going to miss being able to ride my bike with the inclement weather starting here soon, so I'm trying to find a replacement physical activity besides tai chi or dance class

Every time I "think" I'm going to the gym, I rather mysteriously end up, er, uh meeting some friends for social activities instead . Like right now, I would usually be biking around my neighborhood running into people anyway. But it's raining, and rather than going to the gym, I got the bright idea to make a movie date in about a half an hour . I'm going to walk there because it's only about 8 blocks, but that's not a good cardio workout compared to zipping around town on your bike for an hour each day .

So I guess therin lies my "quit anything" thingie: I need to quit PROCRASTINATING regular trips to the gym!
