What are you afraid of? It raining at the moment and everytime I hear thunder roaring in the sky, I jump.. It sucks.. I hate that I'm scared of thunder nowdays, before I used to love it..
It's because my dad finally told me the true story behind what happened to his brother and his parents.. It's a very dark story, and I'd rather no elaborate too much, but it started with my uncle being struck by lightning, and killed.. It was the only lightning reported that day in the whole area, where they were.. And he told me that he was kiled so fast, that the sandwich he was eating was still in his mouth, when he died.. I never knew my uncle, this was way before I was born.. Ever since he told me these things (I knew he was killed by lightning and I even stumbled on the newspaper clippings they had about the accident, but never knew about the gruesome details or what happened after.. ) I've been dead-scared about thunder and lightning.. I get a shiver when I hear thunder roar, and jump when I see a flash of lightining.. I hate being scared.. Are you afraid of something that's beyond your control, and wish you weren't afraid of? And if you've been scared of something in the past, how did you overcome it? Allow me to introduce: Ms. Onder and Mrs. Donk! (o)(o)

Deep water - this is why I never learned how to swim
Heights Birds Bugs getting into my ears - I know, weird. I don't know where this came from, but if I see a fly, bee, or a moth flying around me, I'll cover my ears. Once, a moth got into my bedroom during the summer and I put on a hoodie and tied it tightly around my head because I was afraid it would get into my ear while I attempted to fall asleep. I didn't sleep that night

When I was a kid, my aunt used to babysit me after school and she had a bunch of parakeets, like around 25. She would sometimes let them fly freely outside of their bird cages. They used to freak me out. I'm not really afraid of them now, probably because I haven't been around them in a really long time.

you'd float... I know I would, but I just don't like it at all. I had a fucking panic attack once when I went to this park near my house. I was standing on the dock and I looked down and I could see the water underneath my feet and I completely lost my shit. That is one fear I don't think I could ever overcome.
