I don't know if I was thinking about fairness but that sometimes the animal rights movement is a little off at times in my opinon.


I take the same issue with the "pro-lifers" who are anti abortion and pro death penalty.

and i agree with you, actually.

i think that extremists spoil it for the rest of us who are simply trying to do something positive for ourselves and other living things. does being a vegetarian make me feel i'm an infallible human being, without weaknesses, vices or contradiction? of course not. but it's ONE THING i do with my life that i can always feel good about. of course, since i try to maintain a moderate attitude about it, i get shit from the meat fetishists AND the PETA types. oh well. woe is me. martyrs are sexy. thumbs up!
