Well I am what someone refered to as a "Chick-a-tarian" I dont eat red meat because It makes me , not really anything to do with saving or not saving animals, I just have this thing about not wanting to Puke But chicken is the only "meat" (white meat yes I know) that dosent have that effect on me.
My kids apparently dont like meat either which is kind of amusing so at BBQ time my hubby slaps himslef a lonely old steak on the girll while my daughter says " Ewwww daddy!!"
As for tofu.....I say FREE THE TOFU!!!!!

I only eat eggs and some ham, that's all, I don't like fish either...vegetables rules

I eat meat because I like it. Ultimately one day, I would like to do away with eating it because I know it is healthier not to and because I am a bleeding heart liberal hippie. For now, I will continue to do so and not feel bad about it.
