Tuesday Boredom (AGAIN) It's even worse when you've just got back from the best festival of the year where your favourite band headlined.
Did anyone here go to Reading? Has anyone here been to Reading? I just ate some Toblerone and now I feel guilty I couldn't hold out till lunch. I worry about my weight waaay too much...but, as Richey said, I wanna be so skinny that I rot from view.

Any bands better than you thought they'd be at Reading?

You had a good time then? What was your favorite band?
I have just finished my lunch so don't feel guilty. It could be worse, you could share my office and be experiencing the intoxicating smell of cheese and onion sandwiches and cheese and onion crisps. So much onion.. so little fresh air [Edited 8/28/07 4:49am]

Any bands better than you thought they'd be at Reading? The Sounds, and Reverend & The Makers were really nice surprises. They were good. Brand New were different to what I expected in a really cool way. NIN played the best show I've ever seen them play, and the crowd, whilst not all fans, loved it. What a great show. They stole the entire weekend - no jokes. They made the Smashing Pumpkins look pathetic. And they were. Dreadful. Guitar-wanking self-indulgence. NIN should have headlined. Everyone was talking about them.

So much onion.. so little fresh air Do you have food-cravings yet 'cause of the little one? My Mum got addicted to Monster Munch and Guinness with me. Obviously, Nine Inch Nails were my favourite band. They..beyond words - INCREDIBLE.

I mean the quality of the recording, not NIN's performance. This is cool : http://www.youtube.com/wa...I_GkdPeHGE In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

Never feel guilty about eating toblerone, never. European pride is the only justified feeling towards this chocolate, and hunger.

They were good at Live Earth. it depends. I think i would have liked them over the RHCPs who were also terrible, but to play what they did on the LAST NIGHT of a festival as the headliners was a terrible decision. They got booed! No one wants to hear rock jams on the last night, they want to get shitfaced!
