He was Apollo Creed in the Rocky movies, he was the clumsy fella in "Happy Gilmore", and his arm got cut off in "The Predator"...so i was thinking one day, what questions could I ask Carl Weathers???? (and yes i'm bored)

1) I read somewhere a long time ago that Sly Stallone put Mr. T on a strict diet and exercise schedule for the filming of "Rocky III" was this true?

2) Did you agree with Sly killing off your character in "Rocky IV"? Didn't you think it was cop out like his fans did?

3) So what drugs were you smoking when you signed up to star in "Action Jackson"?

4) You did fuck Vanity right? Or Sharon Stone? Or both?



5) Did you really understand what Arnold was saying in "Predator"? Or did you just stick to the script?

6) Did you really play the piano and sing that awful "we've only just begun" song in "Happy Gilmore"? or did you lip synch?

7) If Sly were to call you up tomorrow and offer you a part in "Rocky VII: The Resurrection" would you accept or hang up in his face?

8) Where the hell are you now and what are you doing????

whoa found out some interesting information from wikipedia.org:

Sylvester Stallone asked Weathers, Mr. T, and Dolph Lundgren for permission to use footage from their appearances in the earlier Rocky movies for Rocky Balboa. Mr. T and Dolph Lundgren gave him their graces, however Weathers wanted an actual part in the movie, even though his character died in Rocky IV. Stallone refused and Weathers decided not to allow Stallone to use his image for Rocky flashbacks from the previous movies. They instead decided to use new footage of a fighter who looks similar to Weathers.

Sure, they show a couple of flashbacks shortly before the fight against Mason Dixon starts but except for Mr.T and Dolph L., I didn´t notice any Apollo Creed flashbacks...at least not ones where you could really see him ( or his lookalike ).
