WIRELESS BROADBAND HELP WANTED!!

I am returning back to the USA 2 live next week and my dad is giving me his laptop(A Dell Inspirion) and it has Windows Vista on it and I will b living in the Southern Minnesota area. Can anyone tell me who are the best Providers regarding Wireless Broadband Internet?? Who have the best services?? Who have the best deals??
