She's been so well coached that she didn't sound like an idiot, despite the fact that she obviously had no clue to the meaning of words going in her ears or out of her mouth.

They played it twice in a row on Letterman last night. The scariest thing was right afterwards they played "Great Moments In Presidential Speeches" with George Bush's latest stuff up in a speech and it might as well have been the same person.
