I have had the same best friend for 17 years. biggrin

Don't you just love that? They become more family then a friend! biggrin

They do, but that's not always good. I've had a friend for 31 years and she feels more like a second sister, with all the bickering and competition that that sometimes brings. lol

I've actually only had one serious fight with my best friend. I didn't speak to her for almost a year because of it, but now we are best friends again.

Wait another 14 years and you'll see... wink

It depends on the chemistry too though of course. I have another friend, who I guess is better described as my best friend and I don't think we've ever had a real fight. Tension, sure, but no actual arguing or yelling.

OMG eek Jess...that happened with my best friend and I as well. I almost feel like that year was good for us, gave us a chance to grow up, and not be so dependent on one another!
