I think I have hit an emotional rock bottom. I have had so many wonderful happy things happen lately, I almost think it was to much, to fast, to soon.

Kind of like to much sugar. You get that sugar high, then CRASH you go!

I have been crying off and on all day. I feel weird, sad, happy, lonely, crazy, moody, scared, etc.... I think you all get the idea!

Have any of you, got to much of a good thing, where you felt like you had hit an emotional rock bottom??

i think i know what you're talking about. it's totally normal with all that's happened with you lately.

i'm on a total emotional high at the moment though, so maybe i don't know what i'm talking about.

Look at you. You've been through A LOT in the last few weeks! A lot of emotional, stressful stuff has occurred and you're reacting to it all. It's not a bad thing--you're just naturally releasing some pressure!

Kick back tonight with a glass of wine and some Wayne's World, woman! And kudos for handling everything with such grace. You need some down time.

Moni! I'm embarrassed to say I haven't been keeping track of things that have been going on with you!

A similar thing happened to me not too long ago. A lot of wonderful things were happening and all of a sudden, I started crying and I was like that on and off for a week. I just got sooooo overwhelmed. After I spent some time alone and took a break from everything, I was alright.
