Or, more importantly, would you do either? For me, I'm working towards my cape, shield, and sandal boots..... lol

The 300 Workout (done with NO REST between exercises and to be done by people in TOP PHYSICAL CONDITION):
25 pullups
Deadlifts w/ 135lbs-50 reps
50 pushups
24 inch Box jumps-50 reps
Floor wipers-50 reps
Single-arm Clean and Press w/36lb Kettlebell- 50 reps
25 pullups
= 300 total reps

The 150/Half a Spartan Workout (no rest; can be done by moderately fit people):
15 bodyweight rows
25 bodyweight squats
15 pushups
50 jumping jacks
20 mountain climbers
10 close-hand pushups
15 bodyweight rows
= 150 total reps

Who's down? Let's get physical, physical.....

...or am I nuts?

geek ahem....

the floor wiper is done as such: lay on the floor, hands at sides...then reach towards right knee with right hand without lifting your upper torso...as though you were pinned down and you're trying to reach a knife in your boottop...the opposite shoulder should raise just a tad....this works your obliques...

the mountain climber is done as such: the starting position is the push-up position...the hands are a little bit more than shoulder width apart...you then "climb" in place by bringing the knees up and outside of the elbows...so you'd bring the left knee up, then the right, as though you were climbing a mountain....if I'm confusing you, please raise your hand...

any questions? Anyone, anyone...?
