John Cassavetes I'm going to a discussion about the life and work of John Cassavetes. Its just out of pure curiosity really. I here his films were not as improvised as they're made out to be. Is this true? I don't know anything about the guy I admit but I'd appreciate any background from admirers of his work... There's Joy In Expatriation.

I only know his work from the movie "The Tempest" but I thought he was great in that. Go check that one out.
