I've been interested in Tarot cards for a while now but got a deck which, although it had beautiful pictures, seemed to feel quite negative when I used them. I think possibly that the negativity was from me, not the cards however

I have some oracle cards but feel drawn to try again with the Tarot possibly by simply reading up first. The whole suject is quite daunting. Any advice, book recommendations?

I've performed a reading on myself before...and to top that off they were someone else's cards.....

now that was just plain dumb...

At this point in my life, after all of that stuff, I don't belive man was meant to know the future....I don't think we are spiritually and mentally capable of accepting what is, let alone what will be...

The moment you belive you know the future, your present becomes a footnote...and as anyone can tell you, your present decisions determine the future....so where does that leave you....

it left me VERY confused...

but your not me...

not to mention I'm told mediums are only to impart the peice of future you can deal with now....although no person who seeks a medium would be satisfied with that...
