Chris this is so funny, I just had someone in my chair that was from Riverside Cali and I thought of you He had said he went to the Sport Clips down there and loved it. So when he moved back up here he found us in Federal Way. Any way, the lobby and main cutting floor looks like a locker room. Each station has lockers on either side. Once a guest is in our chair we has them how they want their haircut, turn them towards the tv at our station(which has nothing but sports on it ) and cut their hair. Once we are done we take them to the "showers" (shampoo bowls) where they get a hot towel on their face while we do a shampoo scalp massage. Then we take them back to the chair, make sure they are satisfied and then shake their hand and the receptionist checks them out. The man who thought of this idea was a complete genus. Guys and boys love coming in and love the concept. I never thought I could love working somewhere as much I love this place. Go to their site and see if there is one close to you www.sportclips.com
