Microchip in your....

Sweeny? eek

So all summer I've been getting mail from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield trying to convince me to participate in a study where they put micro chips in goverment employees. It is about the size of a grain of rice and it goes in your inner upper arm under the skin .

I happen to think this hilarious. I also am thinking about doing it, I always wanted to be the Bionic Woman and this might be my olny chance to even approach that. But I'm pretty Healthy (Knock wood) and I don't have any pre exisiting health concerns a doctor would need to know if I was unconscious and alone in and ER ( God forbid!) BUT, I do have a Living Will and a Do not Resucitate Order, once I'm dead I wanna be dead, thank you very much see ya'll on the other side.

hmmm

Ok so here's what the chip does:

It stores all of your medical history

Your allergies

Contact Information, yours, your family, your church, your doctor etc.

Your Living Will

Power of Attorney

Do not Resucitate Order

Organ Donor infornmation

What over the counter meds or supplements you have recently taken

When your last Doctor visit was, and what tests the Doctor ran on you.

The Chip is constantly being updated, it updates itself, and your doctor can up date it with a scanning device.

This is so wild... I can't belive this exists.

Here's the company website: http://www.verimedinfo.com/

What do you guys think, would you do it?

It can help access the info from a data base.

I agree it's weird to have something forgin in you, but people have screws and pins and other junk in them from when they busted bones, this seems so much smaller and so much less intrusive than that.

Ok I'm so lost here.

I'm Catholic, all we talk about is at the end we are all gonna rise up and be with Jesus and all the bad people will be left behind.

They don't tell us this other stuff. eek

Its in Revelations

In Revelation 13:16,17, "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."

I wonder if tribes who tattoo / scar themselves way back then,
before there was any idea of any such technology,
thought they were getting the mark of the beast.
Or like secret sects of christianity
who would get marks on them identifying them with certain groups.

hmmm

I read it in High school, and the priest at my church at the time told me and my friend that it's really not anything you should focus on because no one can make heads or tails of it and if you read the Gospels and follow Jesus's way then the end won't matter for you at all anyway.

I guess that's when I lost interest in that stuff.
