In 1989, I bought a 1980 blue Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. That motherfucker was gorgeous. I had it for about two years but got sick of paying for repair bills on it. After that, I had two or three brand new cars but they were nothing stylish, simply "new". Like always, even with the brand new cars, once they are paid off and no longer "new", then the repair bills start.
In 2001, I decided that since all cars eventually get to the point that they constantly have repair bills, I decided I wanted something stylish (even if it was old) rather than just driving around in a damn bathtub with wheels so that I could say I had something "new". At that time, I bought a pearl white 1995 Cadillac Deville that I still have today. It looks great but there is nothing as pretty as the body style as the Cadillacs in the 1980s. I will be in Cadillacs from now on. . . [Edited 8/20/07 22:58pm] Andy is a four letter word. | |
