For me:

Veins - Not veracose but just veins. Bulging veins anywhere on a man's body, especially there really turns me on Not the extreme body builder type of veins but just regular veins.

Arms - Seriously, I can stare at a man's arm get turned on and get off I just love arms.

Overbite/buckteeth - I'm not talking about someone who actually needs their jaw broken and rewired but a slight overbite really turns me on. Don't know why but it does.

Large space between the nose and top lip - I have figured out that all my boyfriends have had this trait. I don't know why but I get so turned on when I see a man with this traight. Maybe it's because it makes for a fuller moustache? I love facial hair so maybe that's it.

Big Ears - Many people are jackasses when it comes to this but I love big goofy ears on a guy Prince Charles ears on my lover, no problem

Male Pattern Baldness - This can send me swooning in an instant. I see a man from the back who has this and I automatically want to throw him on the ground

Blonde body hair! That's another one I love hairy guys and I prefer darker hair to blondes but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Blonde body hair.

Freckles is another of my turn ons. People with freckles often consider themselves freaks but I think freckles are so freakin sexy.

Sort of hard to describe, but I love when you look at a person's face in profile and the nose/mouth area sticks out just a wee bit farther than most people's. I know there's a name for this feature, but damned if I know it is. Prince, Fairuza Balk, and Clea Duvall all have it.
