no, you can't die from not having it. unfortunatly I'm a living proof  I think I have a record of the longest break - something around 9 years or so...

i did a two year stint, i broke down just this past May and good God was he ever worth it...OMFG!!! 4 hours ok thats TMI 4 y'all...
