_________ on toast

Favourite thing to have on toast? smile

Me. Well not me, lol but what I love is marmite on toast. Or just buttered toast, but the toast must be hot, and the butter all melted.

It always must be buttered hot, and melted peanut butter, esp. crunchy peanut butter is a must!

I hate when toast has gone cold and hard. mad

I almost never eat toast. It's quite rare. But when I eat it dictates how I like it.
If it's a late night snack, then crunchy peanut butter which must be spread immediately out of the toaster so it gets all melty. I have this maybe once a year.
If it's a side to eggs at breakfast then a light bit of butter and strawberry jam. Not jelly, jam.
Occasionally, I'll make a poor man's garlic bread by buttering a slice of toast and sprinkling on some garlic powder, dried basil and maybe a bit of parmesan cheese.

Toast.
Two slices.
Just outa the toaster.
Smack chocolate butter on one.
Strawberry jam on the other.
Mash them together.
The chocolate melts a little.
The strawberry compliments it so well it tastes heavenly.
Hagen-daz made icecream out of these tastes.
It's REAL good.
You got to be a bit of a sweet tooth, though.

Being Dutch, I also like butter (it melts) and cheese (it melts a bit); tastes REAL good.
