So what made you decide to go back to the embarrasing look? Este sitio está moriendo de una maldad que no se puede ver ni comprender.

sometimes I think it's ok, until I see what complete fuckwits can get these days. I am qualified up the wahoo and earn just over average for the southeast.
I get lots of perks (non monitary ones) so I suppose it's ok. Can anyone ever answer yes to this Q? Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC). Virgil was such a lying bastard!

If you wanna teach you gotta be in it for the love of the craft, not for the paycheck. Your hours will exceed expectations. By no means am I poor, but I could be doing a whole hell of a lot better. But I guess when the Masters kicks in pay wise in about 3 more years (it kicks in now but only a couple thousand more whereas in your 8th year its like 9,000 more a year!) Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

I'm definitely underpaid. I joke that I am the best value at my company.
I have a Master's Degree in my field from an Ivy League School, 8+ years experience in my field, I have been managing 20+ people for over a year, increased revenue & # of participants by more than 50% in my program, and yet I receive a lower salary than administrative assistants, security personnel, and other managers who have less experience & schooling at my company. A co-worker recently asked what grade level my job was (I work for the government and salary is directly tied to what grade # your job is), she guessed I was 3-4 levels above what I am. When I told her I was X, she said, "I know you don't lie, but that cannot be true." It's compounded by the fact that I live in NY where the cost of living is outrageous. I skip breakfast and lunch and walk home from work so that I can pay bills/rent. I've lost 2 sizes (and I didn't really need to lose weight) and my boss keeps saying, "You look great! What's your secret?" I'm about to tell her, "The low-income diet, bitch!"
