Do you get paid enough? Realistically, do you believe your pay is fair, or you should be paid more, OR for what you do at work (mostly Orging ) you are OVERPAID?

Now there's a nice-sounding salary. You a banker?

No. I'm supposed to be paid $15-20 an hour, and I was paid $7-10.
Now with me trying to start a new life, I'm going to try my best to be paid what I deserve.

Now there's a nice-sounding salary. You a banker? Nope, up until april i sole owned a voice and data integration company but i have just sold 66% of it to a bigger tier 1 company. I retained 34% and have 2 fellow owners each with 33% each. It pays the bills but i will be a shit load happier when these fucking golden handcuffs payout

I was going to say I was underpaid, but then I remembered that I have a lot of free time to spend on the org, so I guess it's fair

Nope.
The perks are rad but the pay blows.

Yes and No.
I get paid higher than the average double income houshold on my salary alone, so that part is nice. But to get to my paylevel, I racked up several grand in student loans I need to pay off. Moreover, I own a house which is quite expensive, so I've had a roomate for the last 5 years to help make all the ends meet. Ultimately I'd like to break the 100k barrier sometime in the next year or two, but I've reached a point in my career where I really don't want to be miserable doing it.
