WHAT'S FOR DINNER THEN?

I made roast chicken, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, mash potatoes, cauliflower, peas, carrots, broccoli and gravey...what did you have or what are you thinking of making then? smile Or what do you fancy.....

Sat nav says 4.01 hrs and 237 miles...can you put it in the oven to keep warm?

It's my father's 60th day! We're going out, but don't know where. Knowing him it will be seafood or catfish.

Excellent.


There may be some salt water catfish along the coast, but not any that are "deep" sea. It's pretty tasty, but mine has to be bonless cuz I hate fish bones! Well, any meat on the bone, or any fish or animal with it's head still attached.

For brunch I had an egg scramble with spinach, red peppers and cream cheese atop a hearty slice of sour dough. drool

I have been invited to a friend's for dinner where we'll be having veggie sloppy joes and broccoli.

Tomorrow going to make baked salmon cutlet with a small dollop of butter and parsley with new potatoes and asparagus tips and broccoli.....

Oh I know you'd like it! The South is known for unhealthy food but we all know it's the stuff that's bad for us that tastes the best!

Do leeks withit,...they go great with salmon...just fry them off when they are sliced small and add a little cheddar to them ...yummie
