what about wine or some other beverage for dinner which is your favourite?

I like Rioja, most white french wine but Vouvray by St James is lovely and Chateau Neuf Du Pape is exquisite.

Chipotle chicken (a smokey marinade boosted with lime and orange juices), with some vegetables. Might wash it down with pink lemonade.

Thank you. Cooking is a joy -- but eating is an even greater one.

I would so pay you to make me dinner! I'm talking like at least 50 bucks! I am going to make myself some steak and eggs for dinner!

I have been invited to a friend's for dinner where we'll be having veggie sloppy joes and broccoli.

What's veggie sloppy joe? How do you replace the meat?

I've made veggie sloppy joes before, I can field this! Well, maybe... lol

One time I was craving MANWICH, so I bought a can of the stuff and mixed it with a pound of Boca crumblers, which have the taste and consistency of ground beef. That Manwich shit is so potent, even if the Boca stuff didn't taste a thing like beef, it wouldn't have mattered. And after I pigged out on it, I got just as full and sick from overeating as I remembered doing as a kid! thumbs up!

When I got home from vacation yesterday I made some greens and cornbread. I was going to fry some catfish but I was just too damned tired.

Today I'm full out sick with a summer flu and all I can think is that I would knock an old man down a flight of steps if it meeant I could get to some Pad Thai noodles at the bottom dead sick dead

When family are around to eat it, I do. Tonight, it's BBQ pork ribs, twice baked potatoes, salad, corn on the cob, and batter fried oyster mushrooms . I have some leftover frijoles, too.
