I BELIEVE!!! OR... Watch MrBlues take a severe beating each time he tries to make a witty comment! :-)

I believe in pixies, elves, fairies, gnomes, trolls, ogres, the tooth fairy, Santa Claus, the Easter bunny and the gingerbread man... I guess I could believe in a benevolent deity...

Nah... can't do it.
I tried.

You have absolutely NO idea what you are talking about... and you obviously have not been around for very long or you would know the truth... so, don't comment on things that you don't understand.

The truth is that I have a lot of fun with this stuff... there are many religious threads and I am particularly fond of posting opposite opinions to provoke reactions. I don't care about people's religious views and I do not care if people believe in god, satan or any of that stuff.

I think that you will find that I honestly DO respect the views of others and have defended people on religious topics many times. I do not think that it is any "cooler" to be an atheist than it is to be a christian... both are simply different perspectives on an unknowable subject.

What I do not like are self-righteous attitudes and dogmatic posts filled with scripture about the infallable greatness of god. I fully respect cats that come out and state their views with objectivity and do not quote scriptures to prove their arguments.

My posts are sarcastic/ironic in nature and are meant simply to lampoon the overly dogmatic relgious posts.

I WHOLE-HEARTEDLY respect cats like JDODSON, Moonbeam, nLA, JediMaster and many others on here who are very respectful and intelligent.

There are great number of people on here who I respect a great deal and they understand where I am coming from.

I know that you are bored with this because your argument holds absolutely no water. I already told you that I PURPOSELY post sarcastically/ironically to LAMPOON the dogmatic posts by some individuals.

The quotes on the other thread were posted as a response to the original quotes. Also, I posted a lot of Einstein and Hawking to point out that the post about Stephen Hawking's belief in god was erroneous, as Hawking does not believe in god.

Your saying "I'm bored with this" demonstrates your lack of desire to understand anything other than your own views.
