Scheduling/ Stress relief ideas..

I'm not really stressed out right now, but I can feel it coming on cause I've been working 12 - 14 hour days and moving to my new classroom, rototilling my back yard and trying to still go to church. It seems like there are not enough hours in the day! Any scheduling/stress relief tips people?
Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

I just bought a fresh made tincture last night nod

It only takes 1 minute - 3 times a day to center ground and shield

a simple 3 breath shamanic practice that is worth it's weight in gold for daily centeredness and stress relief rose

Stress relief? Heh. All you need is some wild fucking... or, hell, masturbation will do. That's my cure for stress, insomnia, ehm, the common cold, boredom, flu, menstrual cramps... cancer, etc.
This one's for you.
