how can i tell my noisy neighbours to shut up! I Live In Essex in a noisy town called Harlow. I am kept awake by a couple shouting up stairs (i live in masonet). They scream and shout horrible things at each other i dont know why they are together there is know love there. One night i called police at 4am cos i heard smashing and she was crying i was terrified for her. He is nasty piece of work i hope i dont bump in to him. I hate Harlow ive grown up here and grow up to loeth it. There are some crazy fokes in my area. HELP! | |

Tell the Council about as they are being a nuisance and keep a record of the incidents. They will send them a letter and if they don't behave they should take more severe measures. If you think the woman is being assaulted phone the Police. Too many women die from domestic abuse. "I may not agree with what you say but I'll fight for your right to say it"

when you know that they are at home and being quite, get a friend, if you have any, and stage a really loud ass giant fight.
