Does Anybody Know How To Burn FLAC Music Files To A CD??

I have some music files that are in the FLAC format, and need to know how to successfully burn them onto CDs so that I can listen to them in my walkman or in the car. I successfully unzipped them, but cannot copy them over to a blank CD for burning. Every time I try, I get a message saying that the file format is not supported. Has anybody here on the org ever burned FLAC music files onto CDs? Do I need to download a special program? I tried doing a search on a search engine, and doing what it told me to do, but was still unsuccessful. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
