...I will say though that when you do get up a few years, you won't feel 10 years ahead...it all depends on what you do to stay active and vibrant....I feel 10 years younger, and much better than I did 10 years ago.....but thats because I live a very active life, both recreationally and work wise....

Gotcha. I can do recreational things as you advised and most likely, I will. But, just enough. I seem to be the type of person whose muscle tissues are harder to break down than the average human being/male, period. Plus, I've got these recurring chest pains. So, I shall try my best and leave no room for excuses because they don't get you ANYWHERE in life. Indeed, I agree.
