Let me know what kind of meal it is. But here are a few simple ideas.
Seabass - stuff the little bastard with lemon, olive oil and parsley - roast or BBQ Simply pan fry halibut, stick it on a bed of lentles, or mash - throw in some capers and olives, bits of tom for a more mediterranian feel. Sole or Plaice lightly pan fried, simple butter or wine sauce Smoked salmon pasta - this is killer! sweat off some onions in plenty of olive oil add flaked salmon and as much smoked salmon as you are happy to buy cook off and add double cream grate a ton of good parmisan into it Boil tagliatelle, farfalle or linguine and when cooked mix with the salmon cream.
