You might like my Wasabi Shrimp. In a wok, I toss some peeled shrimp (careful not to overcook) and add a sauce made from with wasabi powder, coconut milk, and white pepper. I've had people rave about it at dinners and such. I suppose you could try it with chicken too.

I love wasabi with egg and spring rolls too, tossed with noodles, and of course with sushi!
