I've had the song "She's Happy" by an old country/folk band from Minnesota in my head since yesterday and I just found them on myspace. They make me happy.

They're one of those bands that somehow never made it big but have a considerable local following. Most of the music I know by them came out when I was in high school or shortly thereafter and they were just a bit too early for the whole alt country scene when that kinda hit. They actually broke up long ago and the lead singer has been around the scene here either solo or with another band since then. He was actually doing Neil Diamond tribute shows for a while that I heard were out of this world, but I somehow never made it to one. Then, they popped up again a year or two ago and now it looks like they've been playing now and again. Same songs. They're a good band to drink a beer or two to. lol.
