i start off sleeping on my right side then quickly turn over 2 the left side ..
as 4 sexual positions...23 positions in a one nite stand of course

Lately it's on my right side or my back. I don't know why my left side is officially uncomfortable these days but it is  I never used to sleep on my back but this last year it's probably the most comfortable for me...
