uggh!
so i'm finally paying the price of eating years of sweets, and not flossing everyday. now i have these dumb partials (upper and lower) that make me talk like daffy duck. food gets stuck in the damn things too. although, i do have an awesiome smile again

I had braces for a couple of years, then a plate for a while. Around the time I was due to be finished my jaw started growing. They said I should have a brace on again but I was 17 and done with it so I said no. I wish I'd just gone for it because I didn't get any action for the next 2 years after that anyway.

I had braces from the age of 11 to 14 and my bottom row is still fucked up



My dentist wants to take one of my front teeth out, but I rather have crooked teeth than a missing tooth.

My :biggrin: is partially due to extensive dental work. 2.5 years in braces plus more than a year in a retainer afterwards. AND dental surgery to reset my jaw to correct an underbite (which would now not require surgery but could be corrected w/ orthodontia).

If I don't change my habits I'll lose all that work to partials as I main line Diet Dr. Pepper and junk food.
