Threads you thought about starting, but didn't Ok, I'm pretty sure this has been done before, but I'm drunk as anything (though you wouldn't know from my immaculate typing), and it seemed like a good idea at the time, which was one and a half minutes ago. And it still stands!
I'd love to be able to come up with several examples of my own to get you all started and give the starting of this thread some kind of validation, but alas, I cannot. I can give you only one, though this one has been weighing heavy on my mind for some time: My Date Rape With JustErin Supposed to be a spoof of that low-budget movie 'My Date With Drew' where the guy tries to get a date with Drew Barrymore in 30 days, at certain times it seemed like a hilarious idea, playing upon the subject's penchant for abusive love-making and in particular love of being choked. In a clear frame of mind it seemed to be just in bad taste. So, what threads have you thought about starting, nearly started, even written out almost in full only to close the window or hit 'back' wondering what you were thinking? 2the9s, I understand you may feel somewhat left out of this but I do hope you can at least try to empathise and participate in this threads with positive comments and a good nature. Thank you.

Excellent! There was a better response basically built in to this thread but you came up with a good one all the same.

Goodness, if I actually read threads in full I'd feel so obligated to post something reasoned and worthwhile. Your response was good by its being a response. God, I wish I hadn't started this thread so that I could start a thread and list it among the threads I thought about starting, but didn't.

Mine is obvious.
The "show me your member" thread. I thought it would've been kinda tacky.....but those that are willing to participate can send pix through org note. A thread would seem superfluous. Just shoot a few appropriately worded orgnotes off and wait for the pics to come in.

I'm the opposite.
I've started threads I didn't give two shits about, and watched the balloon to frightening proportions despite my dismay. Like my "I never tasted my own sperm" thread. That was rank.

Unless they're decent. In which case, I don't. So...yeah...anything halfway good or intelligent sounding...is what I didn't start. edit: now that I think of it, I can't wait to get back on here for good so I can start awful threads on a regular basis again. There have been many threads that I wanted to start, but I always change my mind. I'll keep the topics to myself . . .

Yeah, it was last year or something if I recall. I mentioned on the thread that CNN did an article about the African American communitie's strong general ties to religion and how this was the "edge" Republicans were seeking to pull in more voters. In other words, pander to the communities religious beliefs to gain votes. I never implied that this was a monolithic voting demographic, and even stated that I felt it wasn't. however, it took all of two seconds for someone to get all "angry black man" on my ass. good times, good times.

We vote on a wide range of subjects, though 3 or 4 may be the big dollar ones. Like homosexuals--I doubt all of them are concerned with gay marriage and gay marriage ONLY.
