I just have a basic phone and calling plan, but I have T-Mobile as my service provider and I love them. I have used them for about 4 years (in New York) and don't really have any complaints. They have great customer service and I get good, reliable service. My phone kinda sucks, but that's because I got whatever one was free when I renewed my contract.
