My new pink laptop has been delayed AGAIN!



It was initially supposed to ship out last Monday, was delayed to ship today, and I got a new email from them today saying it will not be shipped till NEXT Monday.




I feel like I'm never going to get it.



Ever had problems with shipping on ordered items? What do you do?

Ok since you asked..i thought I spraid my ankle but now it turned out that my foot is broken

I need to get one for MLS listings now that i am actually going into the field.... because of money I am seeking an extremly entry level one.....

if it gets to be ridiculously long and they can't give you any definite answers, i would certainly go into squeaky wheel mode and bug them as often as possible until you get some kind of satisfactory response from them as to when you will get your laptop. and if you don't get it when they say, start all over again and be a squeakier wheel. ask to talk to managers. then ask the managers if you can speak with their managers. be a pain in their collective behind. while maintaining your civility and composure as best you can, escalate it as far as you can go until you're satisfied.

Carrie can you cancel the order and get it from somewhere else?

OK, the things I hate dealing with most are magazine subscriptions because whenever I order a magazine and pay I get endless letters in the mail telling me my subscription is about to run out and, "I'd better HURRY" if I want to renew at my "preferred" customer rate (which everyone knows is BS). It seems like I get these renewal letters about 3 months after I subscribe. By the time I've gotten my tenth letter I can't figure out when the hell I ordered the magazine and so I end up letting the subscription run out so I don't end up paying three times for a magazine!

That is so rad you're going to get a pink computer!

A few years ago,I would renew every time they sent those things. I'm paid up till 2011! I even hooked my sister up with a gift subscription.

I feel ya, I'm STILL waiting for the matching cat earrings that I ordered with a necklace. I ordered it several months ago, but have not received it yet. I called the place that I ordered it from to find out when I may expect to get it. I was told that it was on back order, and that it is supposed to be shipped out at the end of this month. We'll see; I don't feel very confident that I'm EVER going to get the damn things.

I ordered it as part of a one-day sale and I'm simply not going to get as good a deal on what I got anywhere else, so I'm just going to have to wait.
