Penelope Cruz hooked up with P. Diddy while staying on his yacht this past weekend according to NY Daily News. After partying with Bono and his wife Saturday night, everyone else left, but Penelope lingered behind.

Penelope went into Diddy’s bedroom and a bodyguard stood outside near the stairs. The next day, Penelope appeared at a club with Diddy looking disheveled and was wearing the same dress from the night before. “She looked very tired,” said the source. “When they said goodbye, Diddy mouthed the words ‘I love you.’”

Penelope’s rep denies the rumors and says, “Penelope and P. Diddy are very close friends and have been for five years.”

Hollywood is full of partner swapping switch hitters. Just recently there were reports of Penelope breaking up Bono’s marriage and she did date Matthew McConaughey, which speaks volumes for her taste. Diddy just got dumped by his lady of several years, who bore multiple children for him, because he cheated with Sienna Miller. And you may remember that Sienna and Jude Law were constantly cheating on each other as well. The sultry actress will be the face of the rappers' brand new fashion line 'Sean by Sean Combs'.

P Diddy, real name Sean Combs, who is hoping to repeat the success of his menswear range 'Sean John', said he chose the 'Sahara' beauty after seeing her in adverts for his fashion hero Ralph Lauren.

Penelope and P.Diddy have already attracted crowds as they spent two days filming the fashion line's commercial in New York this week.

The advert will depict the two stars as they escape the paparazzi in various locations throughout the city. In a case of life imitating art, the couple attracted the attention of the real paparazzi, along with hordes of fans.

But not everybody was impressed with the new range of clothes Penelope was modelling.

One onlooker said: "Her outfit looked like a dirty old school uniform."
