You should be able to finish it today too. It's not particularly challenging, nor (in my view) very good.

I'm reading 'The Blair Years' (The Alastair Campbell Diaries) just now. Previous to that I read 'God Is Not Great' (Christopher Hitchens).

This is an interesting story. I enjoyed it, but I do believe it's a bit overrated. I think you should like it though.

In english : the doable/make-able brain (sp?) Í have time enough right now shrug
It's very interesting though..it's abt how one can influence the brain and there's also a small part abt Sujit Kumar the chicken boy sad

Yes, in the beginning it's hard. Once you get used to the material it becomes easier. It's a constant mind observing. When you do this you come across negative thought patterns. And when you become aware of them they vanish. For what you resists persists and what you look at disappears. But I agree it's not an easy task.
