raised Catholic, go to Mass on holidays and others Sundays if I feel called, but my spiritual life is more directly and regularly fed through studying at the Kabbalah Centre.
let me come over it's a beautiful day to play with you in the dark

I'm a fulltime seminarian at a consortium of seven theological schools: A United Church of Canada school, three Roman Catholic (Jesuit, Diocesan and Basilian), a Presbyterian and two Anglican. Outside of classes, I generally attend chapel at one of the schools about twice a week and on Sundays I decidedly visit new congregations and denominations. When I'm visiting my hometown, I most frequently fellowship with my wife's Presbyterian congregation and I occasionally drop in to visit a small Unitarian Universalist circle with which I've been friendly over the years.

I go to Church every Sunday at 9 and do a bible study with 2 other women. Then at 10 :30 go to the actual service.
I go to an Evangelical Church.
I also do a book club once a month, Christan books, of course.
I used to work in the nursery in my church every wed nite but this yr I'll be teaching Good News Glub.
And I also belong to the Womens Ministry at my church.

The Church I go to is non-denominational. The motto is "Experience God, Not Religion". I love it. I also play in the Praise & Worship band.

wave..I do..did..still do, in essence. I was raised Baptist, Southern Baptist, but now we attend a church called Battlefield Ministries, it was Church of God basically, but they dropped the C.O.G. and go with non-denominational. But to me it's more about getting together and worshiping and sharing a common belief than so much sharing a "name". Also on Thursday evenings, when everyone in the family can we get together and have bible study, it really helps us to learn, and if things come up we don't know or can't find the answers to we write them down and ask our preacher ( who happens to be our Uncle!), but he's a very smart Christian man and I really admire and respect him. But I never miss a daily pray

When I go, I go to a baptist church..my wife and kids go nearly every Sunday...I always feel guilty when I'm there because I don't really know if I buy into the whole christian point of view...it's a great church though, full of good people and an awesome youth program...

I understand that..but at this church I can honestly say that I believe most of the folks there are genuine...maybe thats why I feel so guilty when I'm there...it's the first church I've ever wallked in unknown and wasn't bombarded with "Who are you??" questions...they were more interested in making me feel at home...they're good people...

I go to a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses three times a week.

Monday, a small group studies a particular Bible-based publication; currently we're examining the book of Revelation.

Thursday, the entire congregation attends the Theocratic Ministry School where we learn to present and teach the Bible to others with skill and dignity. After that, there is a Service Meeting which further expounds on preaching skills.

Sunday, there is a public talk on a Bible topic and a formal study of an article in the Watchtower magazine.

Incredible amounts of knowledge to be taken in, opportunity for participation and wonderful fellowship.

Ain't no place like it -- yet there are nearly 100,000 congregations around the world that follow the same format! Wherever a Witness can find a congregation, he/she has found a home. smile
