Sold My House....FINALLY! This bitch has been on the market for two years...Fri we signed the closing papers...all weekend long we've been moving out last little tidbits out.
Luckily it was paid off when we bought the new house two years ago, but now we're done with double utility payments and taxes...Not to mention the yardwork/shoveling for two properties....whew! What am I going to do with all of this extra money and time???? Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |

What am I going to do with all of this extra money and time???? Awesome! I would say invest half the money in a safe retirement fund. Invest a quarter of it in your child's college education fund, pay off all your petty little debts and go on a fun ass vacation! Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.
