Mach Has J.T. Left to College - Org any of your kids/you going to college?

I was just wondering. My God brother just flew out to TCU (Texas Christian University) a week ago where he is battling to start at Strong Safety for the football team. He is also taking a session of summer school and loves one class but hates the other. I figured J.T. might be doing the same. Hey any other orgers getting down on some academics? I start working in about 3 weeks, although, but am hard at work with the team right now.

To Evenstar and Jess! Enjoy your time at college. It seems like I graduated just yesterday and it has been 5 years! Remember the more you learn the more you earn! lol

My daughter leaves for her freshman year on Sept 21. That will be a weird day. Our house will be less without her.

She's been here nearly everyday for nearly 18 years, I don't know how I will adjust. Her brother is looking forward to that day.

That's such a mom thing lol

When we took my younger sister to move into her dorm, my mother cried all the way home. When I moved out, my dad said she didn't act in any different way or cry. I must be the annoying child of the family confused

JT had a 2 day orientation last weekend and then he moves into his dorm on Aug 23rd ! Classes start the 27th. He spoke with the college soccer coach for 30 minutes while there last weekend and even played around a bit with some of the guys for 15 minutes or so. He will walk on no problem and I would also bet he makes the A- team !

It's a very exciting time biggrin
