well if he really cares for you, he will change his ways and try to act better. Have you talked with him about this before, or have you just vented in anger in private and sort of tried to push in the back of your mind hoping that he will realize his mistake and change. It doesn't happen that way.

If you go ahead and tell him that this bothers you and you won't put up with it anymore, pay attention to how he reacts. If he says okay nonchalantly and hangs up the phone just like nothing happened, then move on. If he says that he understands your view of the situation and will try to make it up to then give him the benefit of the doubt.....BUT at the same time, don't wait on him. Keep your options open.
