Why do you guys buy water? I know it supposed to "taste" better. But wouldn't filtered tap water be just as good?
Do you guys know how wasteful it is to ship Figi water? HUGE cargo carriers have to bring it over here. Let's just say that bottled water is not exactly eco-conscious. Not to mention how much plastic ends up in land fills, because you really can't reuse any of the bottles...some but not most. I dunno. I will purchase water on occasion, like if I'm at a bar or something, but I find it extremely wasteful and damaging to the environment. Christian Zombie Vampires

I will purchase water on occasion, like if I'm at a bar or something, but I find it extremely wasteful and damaging to the environment. i buy like one or two bottles of fiji a month and refill it every time i go to the gym, with filtered water. my logic is, when i buy a "real" sports bottle, i always end up losing it. so, for me it's smarter to spend $2 on a bottle of fiji and use THAT bottle until i lose it than it is for me to spend $4 - $6 on a "real" gym bottle and have to replace it just as often. and i dunno. i see your point, but if the fact that my workplace vending machine has bottled water (for cheaper than soda) inspires someone to drink water instead of coke, then i don't see that as a TOTAL waste. and yeah, i'm sorry - i don't trust what comes out of the tap, and i don't trust my brita pitcher around the people at work. so until we get filtered water from a tap at my office, bottled it is.

I know my view is very SF/California...because we have great tasting tap water (beat out bottled in a taste test) and that many don't have great tasting tap water. But still, I think it's a scam. We have a bottled water service here at work. Not too expensive. You can always ask them to supply you guys with a bottled water service. Christian Zombie Vampires

It's okay, but I don't like the taste as much as most bottled water. I feel like I can still taste the chemicals. My Legacy

you gotta believe that isn't completely by accident..... bottlers of Evian each time they review quarterly profit statements.... He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.
