Here I go again! Woo hoo!!

So it's been two weeks without smoking 1 cigarette. The day I choose to stop is the day I went to the airport to pick my father and step-mother. BAD IDEA. My dad is a talker so I thought I was going to go crazy!!!!!

I'm doing okay still but I'm packing on the pounds. It was still a good choice for me. I'm taking it one day at a time. I'm not going to say that I'm never going to smoke again but if I do it's going to be in moderation.

Right now I don't need to.

.....I'm only sayin'.....

It's sooooo difficult for me. The thing is. I wasn't smoking until I got home everyday. Then I would chain smoke.

The only way for me to quit is cold-turkey. I've quit many times for years but I eventually start up again.

You'll know when you get sick of it.

The benefits definitely outweigh everything else, Miggy. I'm so proud you've been this strong! It's NOT easy.

Your lungs have regenerated a great deal already. Don't be hard on yourself from here on out if/when you have a cig. It doesn't mean failure. heart

good luck, Miguel...it's hard to break the dependency to nicotine, but if you've done it once, the next time you do it, it's usually for a longer period of time.

just keep in mind that each craving for a cigarette is actually a craving for nicotine

Well done!! You can take off the pounds in time but you can't shake lung cancer that easy. So keep motivated and again well done.

You don't need to! You waited every day until you got home, you could wait the rest of your life if you try!

But good for you, quitting just for now, even. nod

Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

I offer a very pricey solution for men who want to quit.

It is $50,000 per treatment, because I can only treat one person at a time.

I personally travel to be with them 24 hours a day.

Each time they light a cigarette, I kick them in the balls 3 times.

Usually takes 2 or 3 treatments and they're cured!

I think you need to go all the way and say you'll never smoke again. Keeping the idea alive that you might do so in moderation...one won't hurt...is like a little temptress. Even if you do ...slip, that's ok, but thinking you might go to moderation never happens. Good Luck. You are braver than I.

Why do you know this? You're already allowing yourself that "treat". That "treat" will lead you back to smoking again. Not trying to be all hard on ya. We're all adults and can make the choices we want, but as a smoker I can see the little "give me's". Just sayin.
